Admission Policies & Procedures
Who may attend,
and is there a fee to attend?
Registration is open to the trade only; Toy Fair is not open
to the public. No one under the age of 18, including infants, will be
admitted.
Those eligible for admission as buyers include retailers,
wholesalers, importers, and buying groups. Certain categories of trade
guests are also eligible for admission. Individuals who cannot document
their direct, professional affiliation to the trade are not qualified to
attend. Suppliers to the trade are not qualified to attend. Each
registrant must present both business credentials and an employee I.D.

Trade Guests fees (fees do not apply to TIA or LIMA
members):
- $85 by Dec. 31
- $150 starting Jan. 1
- $175 on-site
Non-exhibiting Manufacturers' fees
- TIA Members: Two free registrations. $500 per person for
3rd registrant and beyond
- Non-TIA Members: $1,725 per person. A limited number of ONE DAY
passes may be available but are subject to prior approval by a
TIA Account Executive.

Who is not
eligible to attend?
NO ONE under the age of 18, including infants, will be
admitted.
In addition, consumers, suppliers to the trade including shippers,
paper and packaging companies, graphic design firms, and any individual
or company looking to sell their services to exhibitors, are not
eligible to attend.
May I bring my
child to the show?
No children are admitted to the exhibit halls. Absolutely no one
under the age of 18 (including infants and toddlers) is permitted to
attend Toy Fair. There are no childcare facilities at the Javits Center.
Please save yourself and your child the stress and embarrassment of
being turned away.
What other rules
should I be aware of?
Toy Fair is open to the trade only. To register, you must show two
forms of business credentials that indicate affiliation with the toy
industry. Toy Fair participants will be required to show government
issued photo I.D. (such as driver's license or passport) upon
request.
- Absolutely no consumers and no one under the age of 18, including
infants, toddlers, child inventors, demonstrators and "consultants,"
will be admitted to the Javits Center exhibit halls.
- Unauthorized solicitation on the premises by non-exhibiting
manufacturers and/or suppliers is strictly prohibited.
- Exhibitors must confine their activities to their own exhibit
spaces, except in the case where Show Management has made prior
arrangements with official show sponsors.
- Photography of exhibitors' booths is prohibited except with
permission of the exhibitor.
- In compliance with New York State law, notice is hereby given that
smoking is not permitted at any show site.
- A history of prior attendance at previous shows does not guarantee
approval or waive any requirements.
- Any intentional misrepresentation of position will bar you and your
organization from all future TIA events.
Those who violate any of the above rules will be escorted from the
show floor.
