Who may I contact
about exhibiting?
Contact our sales team to inquire about exhibiting - and get the best
available space before it's gone! Company names beginning with:
Is my product
right for Toy Fair?
If it is designed to entertain the youth market, chances are, Toy
Fair is for you. Current exhibitors include manufacturers, distributors
and importers showcasing products ranging from classic and traditional
toys to technologically advanced toys and interactive entertainment. In
addition to a comprehensive general exhibit area, Toy Fair includes a
variety of special, featured areas so your product is likely to fit in
well. New exhibitors should contact the TIA sales team to discuss
whether or not their products are appropriate for Toy Fair. TIA reserves
the right to exclude any potential exhibitor if, in TIA's sole
discretion, the exhibitor or the material proposed to be exhibited is
not deemed appropriate.
My company/product
is new, and I don't have a brochure or catalog. What should I send in
for review?
A professional brochure, catalog or even sell sheets are preferred
but if you do not have these available yet, you can send or e-mail
photographs to your account executive. Alternatively, you can direct us
to your website and let us know which product(s) you plan to
exhibit.
What is included
with my booth purchase?
Your booth space includes standard pipe and drape and a fabric back
wall and side rail that define your booth limits. Floor covering is
required and an assortment of furnishings is available for rent from our
show service contractor, Freeman Decorating, including discounts on
booth furnishing packages.
How is booth space
assigned?
During spring and early summer, space assignments are made for all
companies that exhibited in this year's Toy Fair. After that,
any and all available space is assigned to new companies, including
renewing companies who failed to send in their application before the
priority deadline in May. Assignments for new exhibitors are made on a
first-come, first-serve basis. However, priority is given to those
companies that have previously exhibited at Toy Fair, and to TIA
members.
What is the size
range of booths?
The standard booth size is 100 square feet (which is 10'x10'). Please
note that booths can only increase in size by 10 ft. increments, thus a
booth can be 10x20, 10x30, 20x20, 20x30, etc.
Will I get to
select my booth location if my company is offered booth space?
We will do our very best to accommodate your request based on booth
availability at the time of your request. Please note that the new Toy
Fair floor plan will be posted online in September for you to view what
booth locations are available at that time.
If I submit my
application, when will I be notified that my company has been accepted
to exhibit?
It depends on when we receive your Exhibitor
Application & Contract. Applications that arrive in our office
before the summer will receive a response no later than September.
Applications received after the summer will be given further information
on how to reserve space on a rolling basis until the show is sold out.
The earlier we receive your application, the better your chances that
you will end up with the size, location, or configuration that you
request.
When should I
send in payment?
Please call an account executive first to discuss your product and to
determine if your company is a Toy Fair candidate. Once this is
established, you will be asked to send your deposit payment according to
the terms of the contract. Payments are not refundable if you decide to
not participate.
I am an inventor
of a new product. Is there an opportunity for me to show it at Toy
Fair?
Please call an account executive first to discuss your product and to
determine if your company is a Toy Fair candidate. Once this is
established, you will be asked to send your deposit payment according to
the terms of the contract. We suggest that you have a marketing and
distribution plan at the time you intend to exhibit.
