Toy Industry Compensation & Benefits Survey
 The Toy Industry
Association (TIA), in conjunction with the research firm Industry
Insights, is pleased to announce that the final results of the 2012 Toy
Industry Compensation and Benefits Survey are now freely available for
TIA members.*
The first toy industry survey on compensation levels and
companywide benefits packages to be conducted since 2002-2003, data was
collected on more than 70 toy industry position titles in the United
States and Canada. Participants included more than 50 TIA member
companies – public and private as well as small, mid-size and
large organizations – directly engaged in the manufacture,
importing and distribution of toys.
FREE FOR TIA MEMBERS | $695 FOR NON-MEMBERS
The results package includes:
- Final industry-wide report (.pdf format)
comparative compensation and benefits information based on all
respondents, gross revenue, gross domestic revenue, region, number of
FTEs, plus additional data breaks.
- 24/7 access to an online searchable results tool
drill deeper into the data and better tailor criteria to
match your circumstances by multi-filtering the data aggregates.
Custom reports can be downloaded as an Excel, Word or PDF document.
In addition, Industry Insights will reach out directly to each TIA
member organization who participated in the study to provide
complimentary access to:
- Company Compensation Report (CCR) (.pdf format)
a company’s individual reported figures (based on responses to the
survey) are shown alongside the appropriate industry comparatives.
Non-members of TIA may purchase a copy of the
results plus access to the searchable results tool for
$695.

- One User ID and
Password to access the final report and online tool will be provided
free of charge to each TIA REGULAR MEMBER directly engaged in the
manufacture, importing and distribution of toys.
Complimentary copies are not provided for TIA Associate members,
or for Regular Members in the retailer, licensor or inventor/designer,
or manufacturer sales representative categories.
- All access requests
must be submitted to TIA via e-mail; all IDs and passwords will be
assigned via e-mail.
- IDs and passwords will
be assigned only to a senior executive (e.g., President, CEO, COO) or
his/her HR designee. Once assigned, credentials may be shared within an
organization.
