Webinar Recording: Toy Fair Online Press Room: Post Show Tips

April 8, 2014 | A webinar recording entitled “Toy Fair Online Press Room: Post Show Tips” is now available for Toy Fair exhibitors and subscribers to the Virtual Press Office (VPO) Online Press Kits. 

Presented by VPO staff experts Gina Espinosa and Lisa Kopec-Miller, the update was designed to help public relations, marketing, advertising and social media professionals maximize the ROI from their Toy Fair 2014 Online Press Kits by helping them fully understand and utilize their PR Newswire post-show reports. Additionally, the VPO presenters addressed a series of “How To’s” such as:

  • exporting and breaking out data from the Online Press Kit reports for follow-up pitching;
  • leveraging social media in media outreach efforts; and
  • ‘newsJacking’ (e.g., how to use breaking news stories to your advantage.

Additional multimedia tools and resources available via PR Newswire were introduced; also discussed were tips for determining which VPO package would best suit an exhibitors needs for Toy Fair 2015.

The webinar was a follow-on to TIA’s annual Toy Fair “PR Bootcamp” that provides exhibiting companies with tips for developing sound Toy Fair media and promotional strategies, and reviews resources, planning tools, and tips from veteran exhibitors and media who have covered the show in the past.
